Cancellation and Refund Policy


Refund Policy/ Legal Disclaimer

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal/service/products before buying it or use , it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects/product/service and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:



Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us at accounts@UnitePay.in, support@UnitePay.in Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. If user uses services then no amount refunds.



Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide best service to our user, In case any client is not completely satisfied with our service we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Liability for refund as per conditions:-



1. UnitePay’s liability for refund

1. We will refund the amount in case a transaction is failed due to any reason directly caused by UnitePay. Once UnitePay receives a relevant confirmation from the payment gateway, a proper refund will be processed to the user’s/Partner’s bank account and it will take 3-21 working days to reflect from the date of transaction. Confirmation about the same will be notified to the User’s/Partner’s registered Email ID. Kindly note, a refund will be processed only for the transaction amount, and not for any payment gateway charges or applicable taxes.

2. We will refund the amount in case the user/Partner has paid for some services, got confirmation about the payment but does not receive those services to utilize. In such cases, we request the user/Partner to drop us a complaint on our official Email ID as in cancellation Policy and let us evaluate the scenario. Once we investigate and make a conclusion, we will refund your amount to your bank account.



2. UnitePay’s non-liability for refund

1. We will not be liable for any refund if a transaction is failed due to network error, electricity issues, or any other such reasons. UnitePay will not be responsible for any failure caused due to irrelevant and invalid reasons.

2. We will not be liable for any refund after the purchase. Once the user/Partners agrees to use our services and conducts the payment, UnitePay will not be responsible for any refund.

3. We will not be liable for any refund if the user fails to perform KYC at the initial stage. Each UnitePay user/Partners has to go through a successful KYC verification once. Thus, it is mandatory to keep the correct KYC documents ready before initiating any payment to UnitePay.
